You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy when you access our Site, when you make a booking on the Site or when you make a booking with one of our representatives by phone, email or in person.

Questions and Feedback – Please Contact Us
We do all we can to ensure that your experience with us is a positive one. If you need our assistance with anything related to our Site(s) please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Our Booking Service
We offer our Site as a source of information relating to vehicle rental allowing our customers to book and purchase vehicle rental and other travel services offered by selected third-party providers. This includes car rental suppliers, other aggregators of vehicle rental and distributors of rental vehicle excess insurance (“Providers”).
Our business is to make bookings on your behalf. We are not a provider of vehicle rentals or rental vehicle excess insurance and have no control over the services supplied by Providers. We do not endorse or recommend Providers.
To make a booking for a car rental you must complete our booking form. Once we receive your booking form and payment (if required) we, or the Provider, will confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and receipt. If you make a payment at the time of booking a rental vehicle, you will receive a receipt from the appropriate trading company.
We receive a commission from Providers for services booked or purchased through the Site. Our commercial relationships with Providers, including the payment of remuneration, the type of remuneration paid, the basis on which commission is paid and the variance in commission per sale, do not affect the display of rental vehicle search results on the Site.
Changes
If you shorten your previously booked/agreed rental period you will not be reimbursed as it is considered a “no show” for the requested, unused, days. Please read your rental company’s terms and conditions as this may vary.
If you shorten your previously booked/agreed rental period before you pick up your rental vehicle – but give notice within the cancellation fees period- the rental company will approve the date change. However, there will be no refund on the unused dates.
If you shorten your previously booked/agreed rental period before you pick up your rental vehicle and give notice before the cancellation fees, the booking will be recalculated with the current rates for the new dates. If the new dates work out to be cheaper than your previously booked/agreed rental period, then the difference will be refunded and an alteration fee (usually around $25.00) charged.
Please note that if the deposit amount decreases as a result of the recalculation the difference will not be refunded. As per standard terms, deposits are non-refundable. However, if the new deposit is higher, the difference will be charged accordingly. Check the terms and conditions as policies and cancellation fees vary between suppliers.
Driver Requirements
Driver requirements can vary from vehicle to vehicle. If travelling aboard the rental company may require you to have an International Driver’s License, so check the vehicle’s terms and conditions regarding the validity of your existing driver’s license.
Drivers under 21 years of age may be required to take out additional insurance. Check the terms and conditions regarding age restrictions stipulated by your vehicle rental company
You may be required to pay additional fees for additional drivers. Check the terms and conditions of your vehicle rental company as fees vary between suppliers.
Rental Costs per Day
Rental days are calculated in 24-hour periods, so if you pick up a car at 12 pm and return it the following day after 12 pm the rental company will charge you two days.
Car Rental Return Location
The car must be returned to the agreed return location as specified on the Rental Contract. If the rental vehicle is returned to an unspecified location, you may have to pay a service fee.
Insurance
In most instances, drivers under 25 years will be charged an additional amount of approximately $20 – $30 per day. Check the terms and conditions as fees/benefits vary between suppliers.
In most instances, insurance options will be offered depending on the type/class of vehicle rental selected, alongside any available insurance excess reduction (CDW) options. If none of these options are forthcoming, contact the rental hire customer service.
Security Bond
A security bond, or security deposit, is an amount paid by the customer and held by the vehicle rental company for the duration of the rental. The deposit is fully refundable if the vehicle has been returned in accordance of the terms and conditions stipulated by the rental company.
Ways of paying the bond vary: some rental companies require a swipe or imprint of your credit card, others require physical payment, so check the requirements of the designated rental company.
The rental company may also offer various options to reduce the size of the bond/security deposit such as a non-refundable daily charge. Additional options will be outlined in the rental company’s manifesto or contact your vehicle rental customer service.
Cancellation Charges
The initial vehicle rental deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation fees vary between suppliers so check the appropriate terms and conditions to find out how many days’ notice the rental company requires for a fee-free cancellation, if any.
Customers wishing to cancel a booking need to locate the ‘Cancel booking’ link in the Customer Support Center. We then contact the rental company on your behalf and will advise you of the cancellation charge fee, if applicable.
Customers may be charged a ‘no-show’ fee if the vehicle isn’t picked up at the designated time. The fee charged is based on a confirmed booking that’s prevented the rental company from taking business elsewhere and is often 100% of the vehicle hire.
